Whiskey River, which I first wrote about last month, is ready to open its doors in the former Bootleggers space at 1025 N. Old World 3rd St.

The new establishment will have a live DJ, but will also feature more live music than its predecessor, as well as a completely-rennovated interior and revamped menu.

The opening night festivities get underway tonight at 8 p.m. with food and drink specials.
