The folks behind Ferch’s Malt Shoppe & Grille in Greendale and Ferch’s Beachside Grille at Grant Park in South Milwaukee are launching a brand new concept in the World of Beer space, 418 N. Mayfair Rd., in Wauwatosa.

Ferch’s Crafthouse Grille is the name, and the change was announced late last week on Facebook.

The new concept will incorporate craft beer  including new unique offerings and a larger selection of Wisconsin brews  along with a menu of shareables, bowls, flatbreads and sandwiches.

Daily specials are also in the mix including $5 burgers on Mondays, $2.50 tacos on Tuesdays, Fish fry on Fridays and Brunch on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The bar and restaurant will remain open through the transition, which will culminate in a grand opening early this summer.

You can follow the transition on Facebook and Instagram or by checking out the Ferch's Crafthouse Grille web page.

Hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Happy hour takes place Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Wednesdays from 9 p.m. to close.
