October is the fourth-annual Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delicious features, chef profiles, unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2010."

 Water Street Brewery has opened a location at I-43 and Highway 60 in Grafton. Like other WSB locations, the Grafton brew pub will brew beer on-site. The venue opened its doors yesterday.

The eatery has a farmhouse feel and inside puts its brewing system and beer memorabilia collection center stage, as at the original Downtown location, which opened in 1987, and the Delafield restaurant which opened in 1999.

The new brew pub opens daily at 11 a.m. and serves lunch and dinner. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. on weekends.
