According to information from Christine Klopotic, marketing manager for MojoFuco Restaurants, the group just signed a three-year lease to take over the space at 1875 N. Humboldt Ave.

The building, owned by Julia LaLoggia and Rose Billingsley of Ginger and Stonefly, formerly housed the Brady Street cocktail lounge Redroom.

The new bar, which will be called Finks, is scheduled to open in January 2013, according to Klopotic.
