Revel Bar – a tavern, restaurant and hookah bar – is coming soon to the former Studio Lounge MKE site, 2246 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. It will open in early June.

The space is currently under construction and will open later this month or in June.

"Our concept is pretty simple: socialization. The way the entire bar is setup will be to encourage groups of people to interact with not only their group of friends but other groups as well.  We're creating communal seating areas that essentially join everyone together if they choose or they can be on their own," says co-owner Sean Pliss.

Pliss owns Oak Lounge in the Third Ward.
