After years of vacancy, the restaurant on the ground floor of the Chalet on the River, 823 N. Plankinton Ave., appears to have a new tenant.
Signs in the window of the building read "Crab Spice House" with the tagline, "Crab it your way." Hopefully this won’t be too confusing with The Spice House, a long-standing business in the neighborhood.
The space, which is 4,800 square feet, once housed The King & I. Stay tuned to OnMilwaukee for more information when it becomes available.
