Does the lingering chill of spring leave you in a pickle?

Do you wish the daily weather forecast would just ketchup to your longing for a deeply satisfying warm summer breeze?

Seems Northpoint Custard has your solution.

It has launched the perfect #CountDownToSummer on its Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, offering a delicious daily reminder that all the promise of beachside burgers, custard and crinkle cut fries are just around the corner.

Yesterday, a post featured the Oreo crumbles that it uses on its delicious custard sundaes. The day before, it was little cups of ketchup. You get the idea.

Isn’t it nice, just a week or so after putting away our shovels after that morale-busting spring snowstorm, to know that there are just 23 more days to wait until the opening of the beachfront stand that marks the unofficial start of our Great Milwaukee Summer?

Sometimes all it takes is a daily reminder of something sweet, salty or delicious to make the wait for summer a little bit more tolerable.
