An affiliate of Singerman Real Estate, LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois, purchased the Historic PH Dye House, a 125,560-square foot multi-tenant office building in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward with plans to renovate and re-lease the property.

The building, located at 320 E. Buffalo St., is home to tenants such as Engberg Anderson Architects, Thiel Design and Halling & Cayo, S.C. Andy Hess, Investment Division Principal at Founders 3 Real Estate Services, brokered the deal. Ned Purtell and John Davis of Founders 3’s office brokerage team will continue as the leasing team at the PH Dye House.

(NOTE: The building was home to The Art Institute of Wisconsin, from 2010 until it closed in 2015.)
