Two years ago, Summerfest didn't announce a headlining act for its final day; it announced an entire day of headliners with the Outlaw Music Festival, featuring Sheryl Crow, Jason Isbell, Nathaniel Rateliff and a pair of icons – Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan – at the center.

It was a special and unique full-day festival experience, one so good that Big Gig couldn't help but bring it back this year as a mostly new Outlaw lineup – once again headlined by Nelson and his family – will take the Summerfest main stage on Thursday, June 27.

Joining Willie Nelson and company for the micro-festival this time will be Phil Lesh and friends, Alison Krauss, Dawes, The Avett Brothers, Counting Crows and Trapper Schoepp, totaling 10 hours of entertainment at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater starting at 1 p.m. (Doors open at noon.)

Tickets for this special festival within a festival will go on sale starting on Friday, March 8 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster and Summerfest's websiteTickets can also be bought in person at the Summerfest box office, Ticketmaster ticket centers and select Walmart stores, as well as by phone at (800) 745-3000 for a live Ticketmaster Agent or (866) 448-7849 for the "Ticketmaster Express" automated phone line.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
