Brad Clark has hit every rung on the career ladder leading up to his recent appointment as executive chef of Stubby's Pub & Grub. Since arriving at the East Side restaurant a month ago, the Muskego native has brought foodie cred to a kitchen that had sagged after an impressive opening in 2010.
