The Urban Economic Development Association of Wisconsin (UEDA) hosts its fourth annual Carnival Milwaukee fundraising event, on Saturday, March 5 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Zoofari Conference Center at the Milwaukee County Zoo. The event gets a big boost this year from a performance by internationally renowned Congolese musician Ricardo Lemvo and his band Makina Loca.
