When Capital Cities finally walked on the Miller Lite Oasis stage more than 20 minutes late, I noticed each of the members was wearing a unique article of clothing: Ryan Merchant's black and white striped shirt, Aaron Prather's sunglasses and black hat and Justin Thomas's red bandana around his neck. What the band all had in common, however, was the smile they all wore.
