This is the first installment in what we hope will be a regular series written by Dave Mikolajek, a longtime bartender and friend of OnMilwaukee.com. Mikolajek -- aka "College Dave," has been a bartender for 18 years. He and a handful of friends -- many of whom work (or have worked) in the service industry -- will embark on a pub crawl to four under-the-radar places during a given night and tell us the stories that emerge from their research.
