On Monday, Milwaukee Riverkeeper filed a lawsuit challenging the Wisconsin DNR's final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) released on April 21, which evaluated Milwaukee County's proposed repair of the Estabrook Dam and several proposed dam operational scenarios.
