When Chicago Tribune film critic Michael Phillips comes to town this weekend, it won't just be to deliver Saturday's Milwaukee Film Festival state of cinema keynote lecture. The visit will also serve as a nice return for Phillips, whose love for film blossomed at Milwaukee theaters like the Oriental. Before his return, however, OnMilwaukee got a little preview of his thoughts on comic book movies, the importance of the big screen and his film critic "survivor's guilt."
