Urban spelunking: St. Joan of Arc Chapel

This little building with the steep-pitched roof and pointed spire was built in the 15th century as Chapelle de St. Martin de Sayssuel, in the small village of Chasse. And, the story goes, Joan of Arc kissed one of its stones before leading her troops into battle against the English during the Hundred Years War.
