Former Packers quarterback Brett Favre was the first guest on "Joe Buck Live" Monday night on HBO and, in his first public comments in months, revealed that he did undergo arm surgery and if his rehab progresses to the point where he can throw like he did in the past, he will consider joining forces with Green Bay's biggest rival.
