Brewers first baseman Prince Fielder escaped penalty for charging toward the home clubhouse this week at Dodger Stadium. Fielder seemed contrite afterward, but probably deserved time off to go with his fine. It seems that the only reason L.A. pitcher Guillermo Mota and manager Joe Torre weren't suspended for their part in the plunking that started it all was that MLB didn't want to punish Fielder.
