It's a banner day for Downtown as the area officially has its own ramen shop. Artisan Ramen has quietly opened its doors at 530 E. Mason St. Still in its pre-opening stages, the restaurant is open to the public, but will be keeping limited lunch and dinner hours over the next week or two.
