This week, Turner Hall, 1040 N. Vel R. Phillips Ave., has gotten something of an exterior makeover, with new exterior signage and a parklet. If the Fiserv Forum is an architectural symbol of the modern city, Turner Hall is an equally iconic face of classic Milwaukee.
