OnMilwaukee.com's Jim Owczarski has been honored yet again for his work covering Wisconsin sports. It was announced on Friday that Owczarski has been nominated for a Milwaukee Press Club award for his September article "Portrait in perseverance: Mike Fiers' road to the majors."
