Despite the fact that it looks from the outside like nothing much has happened at Red Dot, 6715 W. North Ave., in East Tosa, since a fire shuttered it in early May, a post on the restaurant's Facebook suggests something is in the works. But what it is may not be simply cleaning up and reopening.
