Miguel Mayoral is a loyal guy. He's been working with Brian Zarletti as head chef at Zarletti Downtown for the past 10 years. And, although he specializes in Italian cuisine these days, he has a world of experience with other cuisines. After hearing his story, I sat down with Mayoral to find out a bit more about him and his passion for food.
