In case the heap of ticket deals and ways to save at this year's Big Gig announced last month weren't enough, Summerfest added two more discounts to its list this morning.
First, for those eyeing up a Summerfest five-day pass, there's no better time to buy one as, from now until Sunday, June 9 at midnight, they'll be available for a discounted $80. Five-day passes offer one general admission per day on five separate days of the festival. The deal is available exclusively online at Summerfest's website.
Then, Throwback Thursday on June 27 won't just refer to many of the acts on the grounds stages as, from noon until 6 p.m. the day of, the price of general admission tickets will be cut back to just $5. The discounted tickets will be available online at the Big Gig's website as well as available in person on June 27 at any Summerfest gate.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
