The Milwaukee Baseball Academy just opened its doors for baseball and softball players in and around Milwaukee. Open to players ages 4 through 18, the academy offers year-round instruction in both sports.
The indoor facility, located in suite 200 at 4200 N. Holton St., features 9,600 square feet of space that houses four 15x70-foot batting cages, pitching mounds, a workout area and weight room.
The academy offers softball and baseball camps as well as individual instruction available from a six-person staff that is headed by academy owner and Whitefish Bay native David Casey, who played at the University of Notre Dame.
Parents can watch their child in a waiting room that has a viewing window, coffee, wireless internet and television.
