Where else can you find the ghost of Rocky Rococo wandering around and helping people through their life crises? OK, probably at some closed and abandoned Rocky Rococo location somewhere – but also at the Milwaukee Film Festival, which unlike the ghost of Rocky Rococo, is very much alive and kicking!
