Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, 111 E. Wisconsin Ave., officially opens on Monday, Dec. 7 at 10 a.m.

The franchised eatery on the first floor of the Chase Tower is owned by Tom and Steve Chanos.

Founded by Lois and Alan Margolet in 1976 in Delaware, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop now has numerous locations in the northeast and southwest areas of the country.

This is not only Capriotti's first location in Wisconsin but also its first in the entire Midwest.
