There's no place like home for the Milwaukee Admirals, who return to the Bradley Center Thursday night for a 7 p.m. match with the Toronto Marlies in search of their 11th consecutive home victory.
Milwaukee hasn't lost at home since Nov. 15. The current streak is the franchise's longest-ever, breaking the previous record of eight set during the 2005-06 season. The Admirals also own the AHL's best overall home record at 12-2-0-1.
Their 50 points top the American Hockey League's West Division and provide an eight-point cushion between the Admirals and second-place Iowa and Peoria. Rockford, Chicago and Houston are close behind with 41 points each.
All college students who attend the game Thursday get a special deal on tickets. With a student ID, tickets can be purchased for just $12 at the Admirals ticket office or the Bradley Center box office.
