Recently, we set out to identify every City of Milwaukee bar or eatery that’s next to a body of water. In order to do so, we followed the lake and rivers and made a list. We didn't stop in at all of these places, but we did drop in at a few.

It's a tough job, but someone had to do it.

After all, summer is short – it’s seemingly even shorter this season. So get out and drink or eat something tasty and enjoy the serenity of the city’s natural sources of H20 before the snowflakes return. Here’s a guide to inspire you.
