"Bar Month" at OnMilwaukee.com is back for another round! The whole month of February, we're serving up intoxicatingly fun articles on bars and clubs -- including guides, the latest trends, rapid bar reviews and more. Grab a designated driver and dive in!

The votes are in and the winners have been selected for OnMilwaukee's Best: Bars & Clubs, 2010. Find readers' results in 50 categories, including an editors' pick, in this series of articles that run daily in the Bars and Clubs section of OnMilwaukee.com.

The competition is pretty tough on and around Brady Street, where there are more great bars than most neighborhoods have bars -- good, bad or otherwise. But the readers have spoken and chosen Wolski's as their favorite this year.

Wolski's is a classic Milwaukee tavern that's known for its free popcorn, dartboards, bumper stickers and down-to-earth vibe. At just over a century old, it has a friendly, classic Milwaukee vibe with plenty of games and regulars to keep us entertained. No one is there to judge, and everyone is there to just have a good time.

"We have a really good clientele here. Some of the best people in the world," says co-owner Dennis Bondar, who owns the bar with his brothers, Bernard and Michael. "And every walk of life here, too. From politicians to students to bus drivers. The whole gamut. It's a real community."

Plus, it's one of the bars that Lakefront Brewery spits you out to after its intoxicating daytime tours. Thank goodness for that free popcorn ...
