Your votes are in, Milwaukee, and you have selected the winners of OnMilwaukee's Best Dining 2011. We're announcing the results of this readers' poll, including our editors' pick, in a series of articles that run all October long during Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com.

For the fifth straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by Concordia University. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2011."

Barnacle Bud's has again won the OnMilwaukee.com readers' choice for best hidden gem, but now the question remains: if it keeps winning, how hidden is it?

Well, if you've never been to the Key West-esque bar and restaurant at 1955 S. Hilbert St., trust us: it's pretty hidden.

But once you visit once, you'll be back.

Pass through a few parking lots and enjoy the relaxed hideaway. Try their oyster bar with a trademark Bloody Mary. Of course, there's a full menu of sandwiches and entrees. Pretty good, too, whether you arrive by car or by boat. And even if you're not a Jimmy Buffett fan, for a few hours, you might find yourself being one.

Order a bucket of Coronitas for us while you're at it, please.
