Send your questions to Anjl and Marilynn at anjlandmarilynn@staff.onmilwaukee.com.

Dear Anjl & Marilynn,

So, what's your opinion on the new Sarah Jessica Parker "Bitten" line at Steve & Barry's?

Dear Bitten,

Anjl: Ummm ... I know who Sarah Jessica Parker is. I'm assuming by the way you phrased your question that she's recently suffered an attack? Well, I'm just sick about it. People shouldn't go around biting celebrities.

Marilynn: We should probably get something straight. From now on, all fashion questions are to be directed only to Marilynn. Please keep in mind that, as much as I love my best friend, and as good as she is at explaining color, Anjl's idea of fashion is the celebration of finding a gently-used pair of Chuck Taylors at the Salvation Army store for 50 cents.

AR: I'm assuming it was a person-bite, of course it could have been a domestic pet or tiger from one of those Vegas shows ...

MM: I should also add at this appoint that not only does Anjl rarely watch television, but probably also thinks Star magazine has something to do with astronomy.

AR: Not true. My dad used to get Star magazine. It's filled with stupid crossword puzzles and stories about alien babies. Maybe she was bitten by an alien??

MM: Silly girl. You don't buy those magazines for the stories. You buy them for the pictures. Besides, you're confusing Star magazine with Weekly World News. Back to your question. I'm really impressed with her new clothing line. Not only is it one reason why I'd go into a Steve & Barry's, it's my only motivation for going to Southridge.

AR: Clothing? We're talking about clothing called Bitten? Is this a line of black capes and pointy hats? And you poke fun at my fashion sense?

MM: Ahem. As I was saying. I'm all for finding fashionable, trendy clothing at a very affordable price. Plus, the accessories are darling. In a way, it's like Garanimals for women. You can mix and match virtually all the pieces.

AR: NOW you're talking my language. Not that I often aspire to matching, but it would be nice not to be snickered at in the office once in a while ...

MM: And Anjl, I'll have you know, SJP has shoes, including a Chuck Taylor knock-off in great colors. The blue ones would look really cute on your little elf feet.

AR: I'm sold! Let's wrap this up and go shopping!
