A trend continued Sunday, and that was not good news for the Admirals.

The Admirals, who have made it a habit to fall behind Chicago in the last four meetings between the teams, did so again and the result was a 4-1 loss in Game 2 of the Calder Cup playoff series in Rosemont, Ill.

The Admirals trail the best-of-seven series, 2-0, with Game 3 slated for Tuesday night at the Bradley Center.

Former Admirals winger Darren Haydar put the Wolves on the board at the 6:12 mark of the first period and Matt Anderson scored his first pro goal roughly five minutes later to put the Wolves ahead, 2-0.

Brett Sterling added a goal in the second period to make the score 3-0. The Admirals finally broke midway through the third period. Jason Guerriero scored from the right post with assists from Pat Leahy and Rich Peverley, but the Wolves capped the day with an empty-net goal in the final minute.
