The latest episode of "Dandelions: A Podcast for Women" celebrates our grandmothers and the range of memories that we have of them.

Julie and I welcomed guests Julie Ferris-Tillman and Jennifer Morales, both writers and both with "grandma stories" that remind us of the sometimes funny, sometimes flawed and always fierce women who mothered our mothers. Memories include an empowering bra conversation to a later-in-life realization that Nana knew nothing about "age appropriate" kid activities.

Whether you had or have a "grandma," "grammy," "grams," "gram gram," "memaw, "nana," "nonie" or classic "grandmother," you'll hopefully relate to this episode.

And if you want to find out more about our guests' writing, achievements and other shenanigans, check out Jennifer Morales here and Julie Ferris-Tillman here.

Stay gold, Dandelions!
