{image1}When it's time for the ever-important business lunch, do you have what it takes to walk away with success? The Bartolotta Restaurant Group has launched a new series called the Etiquette Sessions, which provides tips and skills for businesspeople hungry for more than just food.
Bartolotta Restaurant Group executive assistant Lora Burback says the series has been a long time coming.
"There is a need at the corporate level as the baby-boomers are retiring," says Burback. "We've had a request over the years to have these sessions."
Burback and Jennifer Bartolotta have much etiquette experience at big corporations and are ready to pass along this vital knowledge.
"These sessions are especially important to those who don't have confidence with networking," Burback adds.
Bartolotta Restaurant Group offers the following sessions, which can be customized for individual/company needs.
Two-Hour Review ($115 per person, includes meal and course materials): This is a refresher course for those who have learned etiquette in the past, but need a little review. Presentation will be accompanied by a four-course meal.
The Basics ($130 per person, includes meal and course materials): The business meal will be covered in its entirety, with arrival, mingling and departure etiquette touched upon, too. This is a "hands-on" session with a four-course meal provided.
The Arrival and Networking/Cocktail Hour ($130 per person, includes light appetizers and appropriate refreshments, along with course materials): Business relationships are formed through strong social skills, and this session will assist in that department, as the art of introductions, the subtlety of body language and posture and small talk will be discussed.
Dress for Success ($95 per person, includes course materials): First impressions are crucial, and this session covers the importance of personal appearance and the reflection of an individual's impression upon the business that they represent. Personal grooming, attire no-nos and fixes from head to toe will be shared, along with the importance of attention to detail.
Host Responsibilities and Considerations ($130 per person, includes meal and course materials): The host sets the example, so whether planning a meeting or a meal, the host is responsible for all the details from the invitations, to arrival, introductions, seating and beyond. The session will provide insight into the tiniest of details, which will make the difference for not only the guests and company, but the host as well.
Additional resources (books, reference materials) will be discussed, and books may be purchased at a discount price through the Bartolotta Restaurant Group.
Customized sessions and/or off-premise sessions are available for an additional fee. For schedules, pricing, and additional information, contact Lora Burback at info@bartolottas.com or (414) 258-7885.
