Christmas is already just a few months away, and Fiserv Forum is already in the holiday spirit. The new arena already announced the arrival of a Christkindlmarket starting Nov. 17, and now Fiserv Forum has added a special holiday show from the masters of sensory spectacle, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
The group will keep the holiday spirit going with its "Ghost of Christmas Eve" show – a part of its 20th anniversary tour – coming to Fiserv Forum on Sunday, Dec. 30.
The rock opera concert – telling the story of a young runaway who finds herself in an abandoned theater – will feature fan-favorite songs and numbers including "Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24," "O' Come All Ye Faithful," "Good King Joy," and "This Christmas Day."
Tickets for the shows – a matinee concert at 3 p.m. as well as an 8 p.m. performance – will go on sale starting Friday, Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. To purchase tickets for the matinee, click here; to purchase tickets for the evening show, click here. And for more information, visit Fiserv Forum's website.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
