When Freshfin popped onto the scene with their East Side location in 2017, they were the first restaurant in the city devoted to poke, a dish which can now be easily found at multiple eateries throughout the city.
Since that time, Freshfin has expanded both its reach and its focus to include more non-traditional bowls, sides and offerings to please gluten-free, plant-based and meat-loving diners.
This past week, we met with co-founder Nate Arkush at Freshfin’s Bayshore location to chat about what’s new with the restaurant, what’s new on the menu and what diners who haven’t visited in a while can expect.
