Last week, a woman-owned-and-operated tattoo shop called Honey Wraith opened at 211 W. Florida St. in Walker's Point.

After the shop's grand opening event on Friday, owner Jennifer Love donated all of the profits to FORGE, a nonprofit organization that supports trans and non-binary violence survivors.

"Supporting nonprofits and community organizations are part of our plan," she says.

Honey Wraith wants to provide an inclusive space for everyone, particularly the LGBTQ community.

OnMilwaukee first posted about Honey Wraith in an article last November about Florida Street flourishing into a destination for food, music and fashion.

Currently, Honey Wraith is open for business by appointment only and enforces COVID 19-careful practices. Go to the website or the Facebook page for more information.
