Do you love sweet treats with a hint of kick?

Then you should make sure you get to Osgood’s, 11530 W. Burleigh St. to get a taste of their brand new ice cream flavor, Jalapeño Business, which is only available through the end of February.

The inventive flavor -- which features a sophisticated blend of sweet and spicy -- was created by ProStart Culinary Arts students from Harold S. Vincent High School. Comprised of rich vanilla ice cream doppled with candied jalapeños, mangoes and strawberries, the ice cream is available for $2.95.

The ice cream was created as part of a competition for Milwaukee Public Schools ProStart culinary students students, which took place this January. Among the judges for the competition was Ben & Jerry's co-founder Jerry Greenfield, who shared his expertise as a culinary leader and entrepreneur with ProStart students.
