Romero’s Taco Truck, owned by Alex and Carmelo Romero, first hit the streets in May of 2020. Since then, the duo added two more trucks to their fleet.

The mission of Romero’s menu is to offer authentic Mexican food representing different types of cuisine from the Central American country's myriad regions.

“It’s like eating not just Mexican food as most people know it, but a little taste of every different state in Mexico,” says Alex, who created all of the recipes himself.

Do you offer any vegetarian and/or gluten-free items?

Yes! We most definitely have gluten free. Our corn tortillas, steak, beef and chicken are all gluten free. And we can make anything on our menu veggie friendly, including our tacos, quesadillas, burritos and taco bowls.

Where can people find your truck, other than at Taco Fest?

The best way to know is to follow us on Facebook.

If you could park your truck anywhere in the world where would it be?

If I could park my truck anywhere I would love to park in the middle of New York Times Square on New Year’s Eve.
