Ventura's Taco is both a cute restaurant in Bay View, 2898 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., as well as a taco truck that will be parked at Taco Fest presented by Good Foods on Saturday, Sept. 14.

Jorge Ventura Ramirez owns and operates Ventura's Taco with his brothers, Juan Carlos and Isidro Ventura Ramirez. Jorge also co-owns Las 7 Estrellas, 112 E. Dakota St., with his uncle.

Where do your recipes come from?
They are traditional and family Mexican recipes.

What is your most popular food item?
Our quesabirrias, chimichangas and spicy pork.

Any gluten-free/veggie items?
Yes, some of our items can be made vegetarian. Just ask.

We've been making food for the public for four years.
