After 14 years in business, MODA3, 320 E. Buffalo St., has experienced a major overhaul. The remodeling mayhem began on March 25 and was completed by April 7.

"We completely gutted the store down to external walls and recreated everything," says store manager Tim Pocious.

The fresh, fashion-forward space with a skater / snowboarder vibe is easier than ever to navigate and boasts a massive new shoe wall, accessories counters, lighting and more.

MODA3 sells primarily casual men’s street wear, including sneakers, clothing, backpacks, hats, wallets, watches, local team gear and more. Interestingly, four women (not including myself) and one man were shopping when I stopped in.

"Clothing doesn't really have a gender," says Pocious. "But at the same time, the boys need a store in the city, too."

MODA3  is open Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
