Two weeks ago, I finally joined Netflix. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to watch many movies, so I signed up for the cheapest plan that costs $4.99 per month and allows me to get two movies a month, one movie at a time.

So far, I’ve been blown away by Netflix’s timeliness and communication. I guess I never discussed the particulars of a Netflix membership with my friends, because I was pleasantly surprised to get an e-mail when they sent out my movie and then again when they received it back. Also, I like knowing exactly what day I'll find my next movie in my mailbox.

At this point, I am completely smitten with Netflix. My only complaint is, like eBay and MySpace, it has the potential to be a huge time sucker because I could peruse the available films for hours. However, my cynical side says there has to be something really annoying about Netflix that I just haven’t encountered yet. Can anyone fill me in on the down sides of Netflix?
