We've taken a lot of pictures in the 15 years of OnMilwaukee.com, and some of the early ones weren't digital, either. All September long, we're celebrating the anniversary of our launch, looking forward but also looking back. Here's are 15 of our favorites memories.

Human Pyramid at the OnMilwaukee Retreat

Every summer since 2005, the OnMilwaukee.com staff has trekked up to Andy's cabin in Wausaukee for a little team-building fun. Here's the group in 2007 (we think), doing a a human pyramid that lasted no more than 10 seconds.

President Bush Visits OnMilwaukee

On May 19, 2005, President George Bush visited the office of OnMilwaukee.com as a part of his campaign to reform Social Security. Here he is prepping for a panel at the Milwaukee Art Museum with Jeff Sherman and then salesperson Erin Smith.

Madison Week 2009

Robin Yount Visit 2009

You never know who will drop by. This time it was Brewers Hall of Famer Robin Yount, posing with the women of OnMilwaukee.

Another editorial junket, here's OnMilwaukee's editorial team in Vegas at the Harley Cafe.

Four Square at the Old Office

This really happened at our first office. Over lunch, we'd play Four Square. In this photo traffic manager Michelle Bigelow is stuffing it on Jeff.

After dinner on our Vegas trip, four very full writers in downtown Sin City.

Chatches Love Joanie

Everyone wanted their picture with the Fonz. Andy and Jeff went straight for Joanie.

Group photo, 2012

The first group photo near our new Downtown office. Fonzie works for free.

Andy is the president, publisher and founder of OnMilwaukee. He returned to Milwaukee in 1996 after living on the East Coast for nine years, where he wrote for The Dallas Morning News Washington Bureau and worked in the White House Office of Communications. He was also Associate Editor of The GW Hatchet, his college newspaper at The George Washington University.

Before launching OnMilwaukee.com in 1998 at age 23, he worked in public relations for two Milwaukee firms, most of the time daydreaming about starting his own publication.

Hobbies include running when he finds the time, fixing the rust on his '75 MGB, mowing the lawn at his cottage in the Northwoods, and making an annual pilgrimage to Phoenix for Brewers Spring Training.
