For the third year in a row, the Greater Milwaukee Foundation hosts On the Table MKE, providing a chance for people all over the city to share food, ideas and take action together to better our community.
This year, On The Table takes place on Thursday, Oct. 10. The event is spread out at numerous locations throughout the city, including UW-Milwaukee, Northwestern Mutual, The Pfister Hotel and more.
"Join a table that is discussing a topic near and dear to your heart – or select one that you are unfamiliar with to add a new set of eyes to a community issue," reads the website for the Super Chat event.
The Pfister is hosting a "Super Chat" from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom. Topics of discussion include philanthropy, public art, women's health and more. DJ/Author/Podcaster Julie Davidson and I will host a table to discuss women's challenges at home as well as in the workforce and talk about podcasts that address these issues.
Find out what tables / topics of conversation are still open for the Super Chat by going here.
Registration is free but required. Parking is available at The Pfister Hotel free of charge.
