Marc Bianchini (Osteria del Mondo, Indulge, Cubanitas and COA) told me last night that his signature restaurant, Osteria del Mondo, will officially close after dinner on July 3.

As I reported last month, the restaurant, located inside the Knickerbocker Hotel at  1028 E. Juneau Ave., will eventually reopen in another Downtown Milwaukee location.

Bianchini says he's still exploring new locations for his award-winning Italian restaurant, which opened in 1994.
