Potawatomi Casino Hotel will host its second Amplified summer concert this weekend – two nights of the Tejano America Fest with Ramon Ayala, Duelo and more. But before a note's even played this weekend, Potawatomi's already looking ahead to its next Amplified show, announcing Third Eye Blind will take the outdoor stage on Saturday, Aug. 31.
The "Semi-Charmed Life" and "Jumper" indie rock outfit will serve as the third and final Potawatomi Amplified headliner to take the temporary outdoor stage, after this weekend's Tejano America Fest and rap legend (and apparent Olympics superfan) Snoop Dogg. As with the other shows, the summer concert will feature a variety of seating – from picnic bench options to VIP tent areas – along with food trucks and beverages for sale during the show.
Tickets for Third Eye Blind's Amplified concert are on sale right now, available starting today at Potawatomi's website. For more information on the show – as well as this weekend's two-day Amplified extravaganza – click here.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
