Pack up a picnic dinner; it’s time to head to the beer garden. And this year, three Waukesha County parks are getting in on the fun.
Starting Thursday, June 1, Raised Grain Brewing Company will host pop-up beer gardens on select dates in three Waukesha County parks: Fox Brook, Minooka and Naga-Waukee.
Each pop-up beer garden will feature five tap beers from Raised Grain Brewing, including Kilted Kölsch, Summer Vice Hefeweizen, Take 'Er Easy Amber, one of its IPAs and one rotating brew that might just be something brand new.
The inaugural beer garden will be held Thursday, June 1 at Minooka Park in Waukesha. Festivities will begin at 3:45 p.m. with a ceremonial first pouring that features County Executive Paul Farrow. Featured beers will include: Kilted Kölsch, Summer Vice Hefeweizen, Ah Ha IPA, Take 'Er Easy Amber and Spring City Saison.

Please note: during the pop-up beer garden times of operation, a special daily car entrance fee will be $6, which includes one beer token. Annual sticker holders will have regular access to the park. You can purchase an annual sticker online or at the park locations with cash or check.
