This summer, we brought you the news that Riviera Maya would move to a new location in the former Midwest Diner at 2321 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.
When we last spoke to owner Francisco Araiza he noted that his goal was to offer guests the same cozy, comfortable atmosphere in the new location as the old.
"We are really trying to give it the same look and feel of our last location," he said. "When people walk into the door, we want to be able to give them the same experience."
So if you’ve been missing their delicious margaritas and housemade moles, we’re pleased to announce that your wait is nearly over.
This morning, Riviera Maya announced that it will officially open its doors to the public on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
Beginning Nov. 6, Riviera Maya will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
