The developers of Schlitz Park, the 46-acre office community at the former Schlitz Brewing site, have started renovations to connect the campus' two Bottlehouse buildings.

A continuation of the site's $30 million renovation announced this past June, the construction will create 8,000 square feet of common space between the buildings to be known as The Link. This space will include high-tech sharing and meeting areas complete with modern furnishings and a fitness center.

Renovations, which Schlitz Park developers aim to make U.S. Green Building Council LEED EB compliant, are expected to be completed by end of April 2012.
